The following is a ranking list for CIA operatives and their responsibilities during their service within that ranking:

G1: PERSONNEL- this operative is responsible for duties associated with personnel relations.

G2: INTELLIGENCE- this operative will gather intelligence about biblical topics of interest and report back with findings in addition to helping the G1 with personnel relations.

G3: OPERATIONS AND PLANS- this operative will assist in various operations and planning for the CIA by offering suggestions and ideas for upcoming events and/or points of interest to study in scripture.

G4: LOGISTICS-this operative will be responsible for managing and controlling the flow of goods and information to determine the most time and cost efficient way to positively affect the lives of CIA operatives and those around us.

G5: CIVIL AFFAIRS-this operative will assist the CIA Director and other leaders in the church by acting as a liaison between parents and the leaders. They will keep the leaders informed of parental suggestions and concerns as well as inform the parents of future plans and ideas.

G6: ASSISTANT TO DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS-this operative will be responsible for scheduling events and video production, checking arrival of CIA operatives, maintaining order at CIA events, directing youth to the proper class rooms, etc.

G7: RESOURCE MANAGEMENT-this operative will be responsible for allocating human resources among various projects and operative units. They will take part in determining the rank qualifications of operatives as well as participating in the decisions for placement.
